Constantinos Adamides Print E-mail

 

He received his BSc (Major in Finance and a Minor in Political Science) from Rutgers University in 2003 and also holds an MBA (2006) and an MA (2006) in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University. He is currently a PhD Candidate at the Political Science and International Studies Department of the University of Birmingham. At the Cyprus Center of European and International Affairs he works as a Research Fellow for research projects that are in his area of expertise and interests. Constantinos also teaches at the University of Nicosia at the school of Business and the School of Education. Prior to his work at CCEIA, Constantinos worked, inter alia, as a Research Assistant at Rutgers University and as an Assistant to the Associate Provost of Seton Hall University for a number of years. During his time in the US he also had the opportunity to work briefly as an intern for the Permanent Mission of Cyprus at the United Nations in New York. His research interests include conflict resolution, Europeanization and its impact on the socio-political environment of Cyprus, identity construction, political economy, securitization, and the impact of routinization on conflict resolution policies.
